I do not start on items until payment is in full. If you are mailing me a check, I will start on the item but will not personalize until the check is in my possession.
I will do my best to mail items 7 to 10 days after the purchase. If you need items rushed before then, there is a $5 fee per item. If you need it overnighted, there is additional postage as well.
Once an item is personalized, you can not return, exchange or get refund (unless I personalized wrong in some way that was agreed upon when ordering).
